Cited/Harassment-07/08/26 @2224-JaJuan Holmes, age 31, was cited for Harassment for an incident that occurred at the Colonial Gardens Apartments.
Theft from Auto-07/08/26 @2014-Victim reported sometime between Sunday afternoon and this evening, an unknown subject broke into his work truck, which was parked at the 300 block of Green St., and stole over $1,000.00 worth of tools, wire, and flashlights.
Fraudulent use of Veh. Registration-07/09/26 @1445-Victim sold his vehicle, and the suspect placed the tag on another vehicle and sold it. The victim is now receiving red light violations on the tag.

DUI/Arrest-07/10/26 @1949-James Edward Kotkiewicz, age 44, was arrested for DUI in the area of W. Bridge St. and Cox Ave. He was processed and released.
Shooting Investigation-07/12/26 @2342-Officers responded to the 600 block of Lincoln Ave. for the report of shots fired. Ongoing investigation.
Fraud-07/13/26 @1119-Victim bought an iPhone 17 from Xfinity, then received a voicemail from someone claiming to be from Xfinity advising her she needed to send it back as they sent her a refurbished phone. Victim did not realize it was a scam until after she sent the phone. The value of the phone is $1200.
