Summons-12/23/25 @2352-Sierra Townsend, age 31, will receive a summons for a DUI accident that occurred on 12/20/25 on the 400 block of W. Bridge St.
Theft from auto/Arrest-12/23/2025 @0714-Joseph Leaver, age 46, was arrested on Crown St. for attempted theft from auto after he was found by AAMCO staff entering customers’ vehicles.
Warrant/Arrest-12/29/25 @1521-Christopher Jimenez, age 34, was dropped off by the Bucks County Sheriffs for a warrant out of this department for unauthorized use of motor/other Vehicles. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Douple. Bail was set at $10,000 ROR.
Summons/DUI-12/30/25 @1643-Brieanne Nomejko, age 39, officers were called out for a traffic accident and upon arrival found Brieanne Nomejko to be intoxicated and was arrested for DUI. Brieanne Nomejko was released pending a summons.
Retail Theft-12/30/25 @1208-Phantom fireworks reported a group of Persian Males entered the store and were at the counter, counting money and then having the cashier count it and hand it back to them. When paying the cashier, there was a shortage of $800.00. The group of males were believed to have fake ID’s from California.
Cited/Criminal Mischief-12/30/25 @1852-Tricia Jones, age 53, was cited for trespassing and criminal mischief for an incident that occurred on South Delmorr.
Cited/Dangerous Dog-01/03/26 @2207-Renee M. Bass, age 51, was cited for dangerous dog after her pitbull viciously attacked another dog.

Theft-01/05/26 @1800-Bens Deli reported the driver for Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. arrived to pick up used cooking oil and observed that the lid had been tampered with. The wire tie securing the lid was missing; therefore, he assumed that it had been cut. Approximately 105 gallons were stolen. Total loss was $450.00.
Criminal Mischief to Automobiles-01/05/26 @0021-The complainant states two black males wearing all black clothing broke his driver’s side window and driver’s side rear view mirror. When he confronted them, they ran towards West Trenton Ave. This incident occurred in the 200 block of N. Lafayette Ave. Created Jan 15, 2026 @ 12:02 PM
Fraud-01/06/26 @1656-Victim stated she received a letter in the mail in regards to 2 new bank accounts she allegedly opened at Huntington National Bank in Ohio, but claims she has never opened an account with this bank. Victim called bank to report fraud.
Arrest/Warrant-01/07/26 @2347-John J. Keane, age 41, was issued a warrant for operating a motor vehicle without consent for an incident that occurred around E. Philadelphia Ave.
Theft of Scooter-01/07/26 @1816-Victim stated her E-Bike was locked up on the bike rack at Morrisville High School and when she returned the scooter was gone. The value of the scooter is $300.00. The scooter was recovered on 1/08/26.
Cited/Disorderly Conduct-01/09/26 @1107-Elijah Evans, age 45, was issued a citation for disorderly conduct following an incident at the Giant Food Store. Evans was taken into custody for a warrant out of Bucks County Adult Probation. Bucks County Sheriff’s picked up Evans and transported him to BCP.
Theft from auto-01/10/26 @0421-Victim states two subjects were inside his truck when they saw the victim outside they ran into the Alley and got into a sedan. Taken from the vehicle was a box with $600.00 in it.
Cited/Excessive Noise-01/11/26 @0153-Reyve-Vladez Rodriguez was cited for excessive noise at the Nebula Hookah Lounge.
Theft from auto-01/11/26 @1519-Victim reported between 0200 hours this morning and 1500 this afternoon, their vehicle was stolen from Orchard View Apts.
