Morrisville Cop Reports: Trespassing, Theft Arrests, Probation Violation and More



The Following is Provided by the Morrisville Police Department
Arrest/Trespassing – 3/24/20 @ 10:32 – Michael Cullen, age 33, was arrested for trespassing on private property on the 800 block of Rennard Lane.
Arrest/Retail Theft – 3/25/20 @ 11:26 – Fred Lynch, age 62, was arrested for two incidents of retail theft at 7-11 on S. Pennsylvania Avenue. On 3/24/20 @ 21:45 a set of jumper cables (value $21.19) was stolen from the store. On 3/25/20 Mr. Lynch again entered the store and attempted to steal electronic equipment and beanie hats (value $171.40). He was also a fugitive with two (2) outstanding Warrants. He was sent to Bucks County Jail.
Violation of Borough Ordinance/Open Burning – 3/27/20 @ 13:58 – Kenneth Gambo, age 62, will receive a citation in the mail for open burning of sticks and leaves. Incident occurred on 100 block of N. Delmorr Avenue.
Arrest/Theft – 3/28/20 @17:14 – Donald Hardee, age 60, was arrested on a Warrant for theft that occurred on 3/19/20 @ 20:02. He was transported to Bucks County Prison for Probation Violations.
Simple Assault – Deborah Boucher, age 50, will receive a summons in the mail for Simple Assault for an incident that occurred on the 300 block of Woodland Avenue.
Attempted Retail Theft – 3/29/20 @ 17:25 – Police were called to the Giant Food Store on W. Trenton Avenue. A black male suspect, wearing a black jacket with a red hoodie underneath, attempted to leave the store with a cart full of items without paying. When confronted by store employees in the parking lot, the suspect fled the scene. All of the merchandise was recovered by the employees. Value $677.00
