Morrisville Police Reports: 71 Year-Old Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault, Domestic Incident Leads to Summons, Charges, and More

Morrisville Borough Police Reports April 26 to May 9, 2022 

Arrest/DUI – 04/26/22 @ 22:50 – Daryll Price, age 31, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and related offenses following a traffic accident at S. Pennsylvania Avenue and Route 1.  He was processed and released.

Warrant/Assault – 04/26/22 @ 02:18 – A warrant has been issued for Justin Drumheiser, age 35, for a domestic incident on the unit block of Robertson Avenue.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 04/26/22 @ 09:55 – A catalytic converter was stolen from a Chevrolet bus overnight at Yardley Auto Body on W. Philadelphia Avenue.  Value:  $1,800.00

Arrest/Simple Assault – 04/26/22 @ 18:33 – Randy Miller, age 24, was arrested for a domestic incident that occurred on the 300 block of W. Bridge Street.  He was sent to Bucks County Prison.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 04/26/22 @ 18:55 – Report of a catalytic converter stolen overnight from a Ford Truck on the 200 block of Bank Street.  Value:  $1,500.00

Arrest/Warrant/Aggravated Assault – 04/29/22 @ 15:42 – A Warrant was issued for Gary Fink, age 71, for Aggravated Assault for an incident that occurred at a traffic accident at E. Trenton and N. Delmorr Avenues.  On 5/1/22, he was arrested on the warrant, processed and released.

Arrest/Borough Ordinance Violation – 04/30/22 @ 02:00 – Audrey Perron, age 42, was cited for having an open fire pit.  Incident occurred on the unit block of McClees Alley.

Bicycle Theft – 04/30/22 @ 15:11 – Report of a So Cal SE Flyer Mountain Bike with orange tires, handle bar and forks stolen from the unit block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue.  Value:  $500.00

Motor Vehicle Theft – 05/01/22 @ 15:46 – Report of a 2008 blue Dodge Caliber, left running with keys inside, was stolen from in front of the First Stop Tobacco Store on Crown Street.  The owner located the vehicle a short time later in Trenton.

Retail Theft – 05/01/22 @ 20:53 – Report of a shopping cart full of merchandise was stolen from the Giant Food Store on W. Trenton Avenue.  The black male left the scene with a white female.  Value:  $683.00

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 05/02/22 @ 14:00 – Report of tools and prescription medication stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 200 block of E. Palmer Street.  Value:  $525.00

Arrest/Criminal Mischief to Motor Vehicle – 05/02/22 @ 21:06 – Jonnathan Somrux, age 31, was cited for Criminal Mischief and traffic related offenses after fleeing the scene of a traffic accident on the unit block of E. Bridge Street.

Arrest/Harassment/Public Intoxication – 05/03/22 @ 00:38 and 00:40– Koshawn Gibbs, age 31, was cited for Harassment and Public Intoxication, Amanda Davis, age 33, was cited for Harassment and a male juvenile was charged with Simple Assault.  The domestic incident occurred on the 200 block of S. Washington Street.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 05/04/22 @ 21:10 – Report of a catalytic convertor stolen from a Ford F250 on the 200 block of E. Philadelphia Avenue.  Value:  $620.00

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 05/05/22 @ 02:38 – Report of a catalytic convertor stolen from a Ford F450 on the 500 block of Crown Street. Value:  $1,100.00

Arrest/Warrant – 05/05/22 @ 22:40 – Kevin Hoffner, age 38, was arrested on a Bucks County Sherriff’s warrant in the parking lot of Smokin Joe’s on E. Trenton Avenue.  He was processed and picked up by the Sheriffs.

Theft – 05/09/22 @ 23:03 – Report of two fishing rods stolen from a front porch on the 500 block of Woodland Avenue.   Value:  $175.00
