Warrant/Arrest/Harassment – 09/22/21 @ 10:29 – Brittany Patrick, age 25, was arrested for a warrant from the Philadelphia Police Department and Harassment for a domestic incident on the 100 block of Legion Avenue. She was transported to the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility in Philadelphia.
Theft – 09/22/21 @ 16:01 – Report of a Smith and Wesson MP Shield handgun stolen from a residence on the unit block of E. Bridge Street. Value: $518.00
Arrest/Warrant – 09/22/21 @ 20:04 – Luis Portillo, age 19, was arrested for a warrant from Mercer County after a traffic stop on N. Delmorr and E. Maple Avenues. He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
Retail Theft – 09/23/21 @ 15:19 – A warrant will be issued for Kyle Lavertu, age 35, for stealing grocery items from the Giant Food Store on W. Trenton Avenue. Value: $166.77
Arrest/Harassment – 09/24/21 @ 01:17 – Bethany Sampson, age 33, will be cited for Harassment for a domestic incident that occurred at an apartment complex on the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
Theft – 09/24/21 @ 09:59 – Report of a package containing children’s clothing stolen from residence on the 400 block of W. Bridge Street. Value: $250.00
Arrest/False Identification/Resisting Arrest/Warrant – 09/24/21 @ 19:41 – Michael Williams, age 31, was arrested for False Identification, Resisting Arrest, and other related charges during a traffic stop on S. Pennsylvania Avenue and Route 1 Ramp. He also had a Bucks County warrant for failure to appear. He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
Arrest/DUI – 09/25/21 @ 00:11 – Suandy Flores, age 29, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and False Reporting during a traffic accident on W. Trenton and Nolan Avenues. He was processed and released. Criminal Mischief to Building – 09/25/21 @ 18:42 – Report of a window shattered by a BB gun at an apartment on the 400 block of Plaza Boulevard.
Arrest/DUI – 09/27/21 @ 03:01 – Carl Roder, age 45, was arrested for Driving Under after a hit and run accident on the 100 block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue. He was processed and released.
Arrest/Warrant – 09/27/21 @ 18:10 – Franklin B. Talley, age 57, turned himself in to Middletown Police for a warrant by our Police Department for Burglary. He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
