Morrisville Police Reports: Store Owner Accused of Selling Smokes to Minors, Gaming Machine Broken into and More

Morrisville Police Reports April 20 to April 25, 2022 

Arrest/Assault – 04/20/22 @ 08:49 – Marie Clark, age 38, was arrested for Simple Assault for a domestic incident on the 1000 block of Ohio Avenue.  She was processed and released.

Fraud – 04/20/22 @ 19:14 – On 4/17/20 the victim accidentally left her wallet on the bench in the courtyard of an apartment complex on the 200 block of W. Bridge Street.  The wallet contained cash, debit card and gift cards.  An attempt to use the debit card was declined.  Value:  $175.00

Burglary – 04/21/22 @ 04:26 – Police responded to an alarm at Design for Vision on E. Trenton Avenue.  The front door was smashed by unknown actor(s) to enter the building.  Several frames of glasses were found inside and outside of the store.

Arrest/Warrant – 04/21/22 @ 11:10 – During patrol, Officers stopped Katelyn Hartzell, age 30, and Nicolas Driscoll, age 39, for a domestic situation on W. Bridge Street.  Ms. Hartzell had an outstanding warrant from Bristol Township and was transported to Bristol Township Police.  Mr. Driscoll had an outstanding warrant from the Bucks County Sheriffs and was released to their custody.

Arrest/Sale of Tobacco products – 04/21/22 @ 15:15 – 04/21/22 @ 15:15 – During a compliance check for underage tobacco sales in Morrisville, six citations were issued to store owners and clerks for selling to underage without asking for identification.

Arrest/Narcotics – 04/21/22 @ 22:25 – Daniel McCulloch, age 32, was arrested for Drug Possession and Paraphernalia during a traffic stop on the 100 block of E. Bridge Street.  He was processed and released.

Arrest/DUI – 04/22/22 @ 19:13 – Raymond Kolison, age 43, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence during a traffic stop on W. Trenton and N. Pennsylvania Avenues.  He was processed and released.

Arrest/Warrant/Trespassing of Real Property – 04/23/22 @ 19:51 – Michael Muniz, age 49, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from the Bucks County Sheriffs during a trespassing incident at the 7-11 on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.  He was released sent to Bucks County Prison.

Theft – 04/25/22 @ 13:30 – Report of three suspects opened the locks and stole money from four gaming machines at the Dunkin Donuts on W. Bridge Street.

Identity theft – 04/25/22 @ 14:00 – Report of a Master Card opened in victim’s name.  Incident occurred on 100 Robertson Avenue.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 04/25/22 @ 15:13 and 16:50 – Report of catalytic converters stolen off of three Ford vehicles on 04/22/22 at Harris Blacktopping Inc. on Manor Lane. Value:  $5,000.00    In addition, another catalytic converter was stolen from a Ford vehicle on 4/21/22 on a rental property on Manor Lane.  Value:  $1,500.00

Arrest/Assault/Harassment/Trespassing – 04/25/22 @ 18:12 – Ashley Acevdo, age 27, was arrested for an incident that occurred at an apartment on the 300 block of Plaza Boulevard.  She was processed and released.
