Morrisville Borough Police Reports 2/1 to 2/21/22

Arrest/Harassment – 02/01/22 @ 07:16 – Alan Meyers, age 56, was cited for Harassment for an incident that occurred on the 600 block of Osborne Avenue.

Warrant/Simple Assault – 02/04/22 @ 01:58 – A warrant was issued for Joshua White, age 33, for an incident that occurred at an apartment on the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Arrest/Warrant – 02/04/22 @ 19:10 – Alaina Demario, age 42, was arrested for a warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s during a traffic stop on S. Pennsylvania Avenue and S. Route 1.  She was processed and released to the Bucks County Sheriffs.

Arrest/Borough Ordinance Violation – 02/05/22 @ 10:37 – Douglass Davis, age 40, was cited for allowing his dog to run at large for an incident that occurred on Clymer Avenue.

Arrest/Warrant/Terroristic Threats – 02/05/22 @ 12:11 – A warrant was issued for David Fox, age 34, for making Terroristic Threats for an incident that occurred on the 300 block of W. Bridge Street and Violation of a PFA.  At 17:40, Mr. Fox was arrested, processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Arrest/Harassment – 02/05/22 @ 16:55 – Joshua Giles, age 38, was cited for Harassment for an incident that occurred on the 100 block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Burglary – 02/06/22 @ 10:30 – Report of a burglary at the Sanctuary Salon on E. Trenton Avenue.  The front window was smashed to gain entry to the business by an unknown person.  The cash registered was broken into and an unknown amount of cash was taken.

Motor Vehicle Theft – 02/07/22 @ 02:00 – Report of a 2004 Ford 150 stolen from an apartment complex on the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.  Vehicle was recovered at 12:03 in the area of the Alexandria Apartments.

Arrest/DUI – 02/09/22 @ 03:59 – Daniel Vivas, age 34, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a traffic stop on S. Delmorr and Philadelphia Avenues.   He was processed and released.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 02/09/22 @ 18:22 – Report of a Chromebook stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight on the 500 block of Doloro Drive.  Value:  $400.00

Warrant/Arrest – 02/10/22 @ 15:43 – A Warrant was issued for Joshua White, age 33, for Indirect Criminal Contempt for violating a Protection From Abuse Order on the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.  Mr. White turned himself into the Police Department on 2/15/22.  He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 02/13/22 @ 12:56 – Report of two guns and duffle bag stolen from a vehicle on the 400 block of Stockham Avenue.  Value:  $1,200.00

Fraud – 02/15/22 @ 10:30 – Victim reported that while monitoring his bank account, a check he had sent in the mail was cashed but for a different amount to an unknown party.  The bank was notified and account closed.

Fraud – 02/17/22 @ 15:45 – Victim reports that someone opened an online bank account in his name at Step.com and took money from his account.  Upon contacting Step.com, the account is closed.

Retail Theft – 02/17/22 @ 16:23 – Report of two juveniles stealing vape products from First Stop Tobacco on the 200 block of E. Bridge Street.  Value:  $185.45

Arrest/DUI – 02/17/22 @ 21:15 – Yajaira Rivera, age 40, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after a traffic accident on W. Trenton Avenue and Plaza Boulevard.  She was processed and released.

Warrant/Assault – 02/18/22 @ 19:43 – A Warrant has been issued for Sean Malloy, age 51, for a domestic incident that occurred on the 300 block of W. Bridge Street.

Arrest/Disorderly Conduct – 02/19/22 @ 08:43 – Lydia Martin, age 26, will be cited for Disorderly Conduct for an incident at the 7-11 on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Arrest/Drug Paraphernalia – 02/19/22 @ 19:51 – Bernadette Schmitt, age 34, was arrested for Drug Paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the unit block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue and also a warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.  She was processed and picked up by the Sheriff Officers.

Retail Theft – 02/20/22 @ 19:38 – Report of seafood stolen from the Giant Grocery Store by three black juvenile females and two black juvenile males.  They fled in an unknown silver SUV.  Value:  $220.00
