Trenton Man Charged for Crashing into Morrisville Home

A Trenton man has been charged for crashing through the front door of a Morrisville home last month.

Davay T Lyman, 30, New Jersey was charged earlier this week with one count of criminal mischief damage to property, driving while intoxicated- highest rate, reckless endangerment, and 10 related summary offenses.

The crash occurred around in the early morning hours on March 12 leaving a huge hole in the home on the 600 block of Rutland Street.

Moments after the crash, the female passenger in the vehicle could be heard screaming  “Oh my god, Oh My God”!!

Hours later the hole left in the home was boarded up.

The damage was estimated to be in the $1000’s a local said.

No injuries were reported at time of the crash.

Lyman is scheduled to appear in Morrisville Borough District Court on May 31.
