Bucks County Man Charged with Sexual Assault, Investigators Fear there are More Victims

For the third time in a weeks time a Bucks County man is being charged for sexual assault authorities say.

Abdul Samad Washington, 33, Holland  was arrested Thursday and is accused of exposing himself and trying to have sex with a 15-year-old girl, and is charged with statutory sexual assault of someone 11 and under, according to court documents  

Northampton Township Police say  Washington is known to allow teenagers hang out and visit his home. One of the offenses Washington is charged with is statutory sexual assault of someone 11 and under, according to court documents 

In one February incident a 15 year-old girl said she was at the suspects Holland home when she felt he started to pay a little more attention to her than usual, a criminal complaint alleges.  The teen girl told investigators that while her friends were in Washington’s bedroom playing video games he pushed into the living room on to a couch and told her he wanted to take virginity from her and perform other sex acts on her, police allege

The victim told police Washington exposed his penis to her asking her to touch him, police said, with her eventually able to get out of the home safely.

Last week the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced the arrest of John Evans, 40, of Tullytown, who was a school bus driver and athletics coach on charges of raping two boys, one in a foster child in his care.

Then on Wednesday two men from the Lower Bucks area were separately charged for the repeated sexual assaults of young boys, each over several years, including the long-running abuse of a common victim.

Williams was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 % of $100,000. He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on July 30 in front of District Judge William J. Benz on three felony counts of sex related offenses and five misdemeanor sexual offense counts.
