An 18 year-old Bristol man is accused of being way to handsy with a 14 year-old girl at a popular local Halloween attraction, according to police last month.
On October 25, 2025 at approximately 11:27pm Lower Southampton Police were dispatched to the Valley of Fear Halloween attraction located at 301 W. Bristol Rd. in Feasterville, Lower Southampton Township for the report of a possible sexual assault on the property, according to court papers.
Police arrived on scene and met with security and the victim,Β a 14 year-old female.Β Security advised they had an 18 year old male detained identified as Zachary Zinelli, according to the probable cause.Β
Police spoke with the minor child who advised she and a friend were walking through the haunted house and felt her buttocks touched several times during the attraction. After several times feeling it she looked behind her and saw an unknown male subject alone behind them. The victimΒ advised she did not know the male subject. Continuing through the attraction, the indecent contact continued. Once out of the attraction she notified security who located the male and detained him, officers wrote in court papers.Β
Police spoke with Zinelli, reading him his Miranda Warnings. He agreed to speak with police about the incident and admitted to touching the victim’sΒ buttocks several times in the haunted house, the probable cause alleges.Β
Zinelli, has been charged by mail summons with indecent assault and harassment and is scheduled to appear to answer to the charges on November 19.Β Β
