A New Jersey man has been arrested and charged for allegedly attempting to run over a victim after a court appearance at the Justice Center in Doylestown on Monday.
The Central Bucks Regional Police Department issued an arrest warrant for 29 year-old Duve K. Montrose of Burlington County on Monday.

According to police, on June 22, 2026, following an appearance in court, Montrose entered the Bucks County parking garage following the victim. He then drove his vehicle the wrong way, at a high speed, attempting to strike the victim with his vehicle.
On-call Magisterial District Judge Mark D. Douple preliminarily arraigned Montrose on terroristic threats and simple assault charges Tuesday night setting bail at unsecured.
He is due back in court on on July 6 to answer to the charges and has no attorney of record according to online court records.
