Black Equity Coalition Offering Grants Opportunities to Decrease Inequity in Communities

A state-based coalition focusing on African Americans is offering grant opportunities to community ambassadors to decrease inequity, COVID-19, and Flu in our communities!

The grants opportunities offered by the Black Equity Coalition (BEC) can be applied for until January 30, 2023, Communications Manager   Prince Matthews, Sr., for the nonprofit said.

The Black Equity Coalition supports the creation of equitable systems to affirm the dignity of every human being through collaborations, networks, and policymaking, he said, adding funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis!
BEC is a network of predominantly black professionals, executive leaders, medical doctors, researchers, and community stakeholders who are intentional about ensuring that black and brown communities receive accurate and reliable information about COVID-19.
BEC has been on the front line in black and brown communities taking on bias pertaining to public health issues and concerns.
