The NAACP Bucks County announced that their 2025 Continuing Education Scholarship application is now open for all eligible students in the Bucks County area.
Each year, the chapter awards a $1,000.00 scholarship to three Bucks County high school seniors who are planning to continue their education at an accredited institution (college, university, or vocational trade school), according to their scholarship article on their website.
This scholarship is open to eligible students with financial need who desire to contribute to the advancement of racial and social justice for all. Members of the NAACP Bucks County Executive Committee, Youth Work Committee, Scholarship Selection Committee, and their spouses or families are not eligible to apply for or receive the scholarship, NAACP authorities said.
“We encourage all qualified individuals to apply and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to further their education. We believe in investing in the future of our community and are here to support you in achieving your academic goals. Apply for our scholarship today and let us help you pave the way to success,” said NAACP officials in a press release.
