In s few weeks, the schools in the area will return to session and school buses, parents’ carpools, young drivers and kids walking come with the territory so it’s time to slow down and pay attention more than ever before.
Summer brought several accidents with some fatalities including the most recent tragedies where two young adults lost their lives in separate Falls Township accidents – A teen who celebrated her 18th birthday just days before her death in a Fairless Hills crash on a Sunday afternoon and a 20 year old street bike operator succumbed to injuries from an accident at W. Trenton Ave and Pine Grove Road in Morrisville. Word of caution from law enforcement; stay off your phone (it’s the law), eyes on the road, know the rules of the road regarding school buses and school zones, and do the speed limit.
