Lower Bucks County school districts announced their plans in regards to the snow storm expected Sunday into Monday.
The blizzard warning is still in effect and expected to dump 15-18 inches of snow in the region. Snow emergencies have been declared in the local municipalities and the school districts have posted their plans for the next few days.
Below is a list of the schools, their website with information about their plans for Monday Feb. 23.
Bensalem School District – Closed
Due to the snow storm, Bensalem Schools and Offices will be closed Monday. There will be NO remote learning and all afternoon and evening activities are cancelled.

Bristol Borough School District – Asynchronous Learning Day
Bristol Borough School District Buildings will be closed and all classes will be run asynchronous. All Students are expected to log in to their Google Classrooms to complete all assignments. Attendance will be recorded in each class and determined by completion of assignments. All after school activities are cancelled.

Bristol Township School District – Closed
Due to winter weather conditions, the Bristol Township School District will be closed for a “Snow Day” on Monday, February 23, for all students and staff. There are NO instructional responsibilities on Monday for students or teaching staff.
A reminder that this is the last of our built-in “Snow Days.” If the impact of the winter storm results in school being closed on Tuesday, then BTSD will have a Remote Learning Day, and all staff and students should prepare for that possibility.

Bucks County Technical High School – Asynchronous Learning Day
Bucks County Technical High School and its offices will be closed tomorrow, Feb. 23, due to anticipated heavy snowfall. It will be an asynchronous learning day, so all students should log in to their Google Classroom for assignments. Staff members are expected to work remotely. All Adult Ed evening classes have been canceled.

Morrisville Borough School District – Closed
Due to impending weather conditions, the District will be closed on Monday, Feb. 23, for a snow day. All schools and district offices will be closed. Please stay safe and continue to monitor District communications for further updates.

Neshaminy School District – Closed
Neshaminy schools and offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 23, 2026 due to the blizzard. No transportation will be provided and all before and after-school activities are canceled. Since this is only the second weather-related closure day of the school year, there will be NO online learning expectations for student

Pennsbury School District – Remote Learning Day
After assessing the potential impact of the storm, all Pennsbury schools and offices will transition to a Remote Learning Day on Monday, Feb. 23. The student instructional day on a Remote Learning Day is 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. All after-school activities are canceled.
