Donors Needed to Help Spread Holiday Cheer

Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) provides treatment, supports, and case management services to more than 12,000 residents of the area and as part of that support with the holiday season upon us, the volunteer staff is hoping to bring to those in need with its Holiday Assistance Program.
This year, LVF is seeking individuals, groups and companies to help those in need by “adopting” individuals and/or families to offer them some joy over the holidays. Once a company/individual agrees to “adopt,” a wish list will be provided. By purchasing gifts for these individuals, donors are doing a great service to others in the community. All those benefitting from this program are receiving services through Lenape Valley Foundation.
While holiday time is one that is supposed to be filled with joy and happiness, that is not the case for many of our friends and neighbors in Bucks County. Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) hopes to help make the holidays a little brighter for those in need through its Holiday Assistance Program, an annual effort organized by volunteers.
For more than 60 years, the compassionate and caring staff of Lenape Valley Foundation has been there to provide treatment, crisis services, case management and community supports for children and adults in need. More than 12,000 residents of our community utilized one or more of LVF’s critical services this past year. Last year, the Holiday Assistance Program helped close to 500 people.
