Coroner: Deaths Ruled Homicide in Southampton Bar Parking Lot Shooting

Bucks County Coroner, Meredith Buck, announced Tuesday the cause and manner of death of the two people shot to death in the parking lot of Steam Pub in Upper Southampton Township on Friday evening,  October 7, 2022, was homicide. 

Steven A. Panebianco 30 year old white male of Bensalem died due to gunshot wounds to the torso and right thigh. Raymond A. Farrell IV  28 year-old white male, from Philadelphia  died from multiple gunshot wounds to unspecified locations, Bucks said. 

“It is important to note that homicide as a manner of death refers to death at the hands of another” Bucks said in a press release.

No charges have been filed by the Bucks County District Attorney’s office and nor has the identity of the shooter of the circumstances surrounding the killings been released.

“We are expecting to announce an update later this week, possibly tomorrow” said DA Spokesmen Manuel Gamiz, shortly after the press release by the Coroner’s Office.

The homicides remains under investigation by the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, the Upper  Southampton Police Department, and the Bucks County Coroner’s Office. Anyone with information is  being asked to contact the Upper Southampton Police Department at 215- 364-5000 ext. 115.
