A 64-year-old man from Philadelphia allegedly stole groceries from a Lower Southampton supermarket and was arrested for robbery, retail theft and other charges including illegal shopping cart use.
On Monday, July 14 2025 the Lower Southampton Township Police responded to the Feasterville ACME along E. Street Road for the report of a retail theft in progress. Following his arrest Davenport was found to be in possession of assorted drug paraphernalia items, according to the police.
Davenport was charged with robbery, retail theft, receiving stolen property, evading arrest or detention on foot, drug paraphernalia and illegal use of shopping carts. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Kevin P. Wagner who set bail at $40,000.00 . Unable to post 10%, Davenport was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility, awaiting his preliminary hearing, according to online court records.
