Bucks Co Water & Sewer Authority Announces “New and Improved” Online Payment System

The Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority announced its new online payment system last week as “the ultimate peace of mind,” with a pay by text option launched.

The new bill pay service allows customers to pay their bills anytime through the online portal.

Customers can also utilize the auto-pay feature to save time and avoid late or missed payments

As part of this change, current AutoPay customers will need to re-register with the new payment portal once it’s live to continue automatic payments.

BCWSA is sending out additional notifications, right now, with more details and instructions on how to re-register, company officials said.

BCWSA purchased the Bristol Borough Sewer System in April with the $50 million dollar sale finalized in September. 

Customers can speak with BCWSA representatives about the new payment service between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 215-343-2538. For more information, please visit, BCWSA.net

BCWSA is one of the largest water and wastewater treatment agencies in the state of Pennsylvania. The agency serves approximately 70,000 retail and 385,000 wholesale water and sewer customers covering 24 municipalities in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
