PennDOT is inviting the public to provide feedback on its winter services through an online survey as the spring season begins. The agency emphasizes that maintaining safe travel on Pennsylvania roadways remains a priority throughout the year.
The survey, which is open through April 14, takes approximately five minutes to complete and collects anonymous responses. It includes 17 questions covering topics such as expectations for roadway conditions, priorities for snow removal, and overall satisfaction with winter services.
Participants are also asked about how they access PennDOT roadway information and their use of the state’s 511PA traveler information system. In addition to standard traffic and incident updates, the 511PA platform provides winter-specific features such as plow truck locations and roadway condition reports.
