A popular bakery on Mill Street in Bristol Borough announced it was closing its doors as of this past weekend.
Angelina’s Bake Shop located at 312 Mill Street closed “until further notice it announced March 13.
The popular bakery opened its doors in 2019 and was operated by Angelina and Sergio Cargitlad
The bakeshop owners said the impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic is the main reason for closing.
Please know this decision was not taken lightly, as we have prided ourselves in being a bright spot in our community,” the bakeshop said on Facebook.

To our valued and loyal patrons,
It is with great sadness that we bid you a farewell, as we have made the difficult decision to close our doors Sunday March 13, 2022 until further notice.
The economic impact of COVID-19 we have faced over these last two years, has left Angelina’s to come to this decision.
โPlease know this decision was not taken lightly, as we have prided ourselves in being a bright spot in our community.
Thank you, to our patrons and neighbors who have been the most supportive community Angelina’s Bake Shop could have ever hoped for.
