Nearby: Armed Suspect Robs Warrington Wawa, Police Seek Help Identifying “Person of Interest”



Warrington Township Police is asking for community help with identifying a “person of interest” connected to an armed robbery at Wawa just before 5 am on June 30
In an updated community information release Warrington Police said they are seeing public help with identifying “a person of interest, pictured below.”




Police say the robbery suspect pointed a black semiautomatic handgun during the robbery and aimed it at several people inside the store, including employees and a customer.
Police did not specifically say the person they want to talk to is the actual robbery suspect. From the police provided images the “suspect” has a striking resemblance to the “person or interest”.
The suspect can be seen in the photographs below. He was wearing a black leather jacket with two red stripes a. round each arm, light colored pants, and red sneakers or boots with white soles. The suspect fled on foot, going south toward Kansas Road.
He is described as a white male, 20-25 years of age and approximately 150 lbs according to police
Anyone who recognizes the suspect is urged to contact the Warrington Township Police Department immediately. Police are requesting any neighbors or businesses in that area to check their cameras to see if they observe the suspect or “person of interest at any point.
