Ocean State Job Lot —which has stores in Bucks and Montgomery counties – purchased the 190,000-square-foot Fairless Hills Shopping Center at 500 Lincoln Highway, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported recently
Funzilla, the kids indoor entertainment and birthday party place, as well as Big Lots, which is in process of closing its retail outlets nationwide the company announced recently.
The shopping center also includes a Wawa gas station and once had a Pathmark supermarket, until its parent company, A&P, went through bankruptcy, the Business Journal said.
‘It proves out what we’ve all been shouting from the mountaintops about the resilience of our market, the quality of our consumer base, what the suburbs and city offer in terms of economic driver,’ Chris Munley told the Business Journal.
The shopping center, has been an anchor in Falls Township for decades, according to Philly Burbs.com
