U.S. Army Col. Daniel “Larry” Rubini will be remembered with a ceremony to dedicate the Worthington Mill Road Bridge over the Neshaminy Creek in his honor.
Rubini’s military career spanned 32 years, during which he served with distinction as a staff judge advocate to several brigades and deployed in key missions including Operation Desert Shield/Storm in the Middle East and Operation Uphold Democracy in Haiti.
The family of Rubini will be joined by Rep. Kristin Marcell, PA Sen. Frank Farry, U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, U.S. Army Gen. Thomas J. Matthews and other dignitaries on Friday November 7 at 10:30 a.m at the Worthington Mill Road Bridge over Neshaminy Creek in Richboro. Parking will be available along Worthington Mill Road. The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend.

According to Northampton Police, the ceremony takes place on Worthington Mill Road between Twining Road and Swamp Road (Newtown Township). Residents within the closure will be able to get by however traffic will not be able to cross over the bridge.
