Lane closures are scheduled on Interstate 95 and U.S. 1 in beginning, Monday, February 3, and lasting through Friday, February 7.
The closures will begin daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for guide rail repairs, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced last week.
The work locations are:
- Northbound and southbound I-95 between Academy Road and Route 413 (Veterans Highway) interchanges in Bristol and Bensalem townships
- Southbound U.S. 1 between Route 213 (Maple Avenue) and I-95 in Middletown Township.
PennDOT suggests motorists allow for extra time when approaching and traveling through work areas because slow downs are expected.
PennDOT says scheduled work is weather dependent.
