Bucks woman with charged with homicide by motor vehicle, involuntary manslaughter reckless endangerment and related offenses in fatal one vehicle crash in February.
According to a press release from the Northampton Township Police Department, on Monday, February 21, 2022 at approximately 9:30 a.m. the Northampton Township Police Department investigated a fatal one-vehicle crash at the intersection of Lower Holland Road and Grace Drive.
After an extensive investigation was conducted by police assisted by Chief Steven Mawhinney and Officer Jeffrey Moffett from the Bucks County Crash Reconstruction Team, Dowling, the vehicle operator, was charged Wednesday
She was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Leonard J. Brown yesterday setting bail at $75,000 unsecured.
Dowling is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on May 12.
