Santa and Officials Deliver Gifts to Borough Children

“I just wanna take a minute to say how much I truly appreciate our police department! Christmas came early for my twins this year! This year has been really hard on us & I can’t thank them enough for everything! Santa & Mrs. Claus also came to see them! To say that this really is an amazing community, is an understatement! My kids will never forget this & neither will I❤️Now excuse me while I go cry?,” is what Bristol Borough resident Jillian Elizabeth said in a post Tuesday night after a caravan of Bristol Borough Police, Fire an officials visited her home to drop off gifts for her twins.

Gifts for 34 Children Mayor Ralph DiGuiseppe III said were purchased recently with thousands spent on the gifts from contributions of support from coming from Bristol Borough Police Benevolent Association, Bristol Environmental and Galzerano Funeral Home.

“They deserve some recognition and thanks for what they do,” DiGuiseppe III said.

Jillian Elizabeth said the same about the gift giving effort adding that Bristol “went above and beyond” anything she or her twins could expect.

She also thanked Snyder-Girotti Elementary School Principal Kelli Rosado.

None of this would have happened without Kelli. She made sure to put my kids on the list, she said.

And so it goes, officials and private businesses from Bristol brought the holiday spirit, gifts and why Bristol is “such a special place”for families to live.
