Lower Makefield Township Police Reports – Dec 5 2025 – Dec 18 2025

12/18/2025
Burglary – 100 block of W. Ferry Rd. reported at 12:05 p.m. Police responded to the report of a burglary, not in progress, at the location. Further investigation revealed unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via a side door and removed jewelry. Investigation ongoing.

Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 1:40 p.m. Loss Prevention reported three females and one male actively concealing merchandise in bags near the fitting rooms. Officers staged nearby and received information that the suspects arrived in a gray Honda Odyssey with New Jersey registration, which was located parked near the front of the store with a male driver inside. A male juvenile matching the provided description exited the store and entered the vehicle. Officers conducted an investigative stop of the vehicle and detained the occupants. In plain view on the rear seat were a black backpack and a black duffel bag, which Loss Prevention advised were used to stash merchandise. During the investigation, multiple items of store merchandise were recovered from the male juvenile’s jacket pockets, and it was confirmed that the clothing he was wearing had not been purchased. The registered owner of the vehicle, and mother of the two juveniles, was detained inside the store along with her juvenile daughter. She provided consent to search the vehicle. The bags were found to contain numerous items of clothing with retail tags, confirmed by Loss Prevention to be stolen from the store. Additional merchandise from another retail location in Falls Twp. was also recovered. In total, $493.61 worth of merchandise was removed from Kohl’s without paying by the adult females and juvenile male and female. A records check revealed the 50 year old male driver from Warminster, PA was wanted by the Bucks County Sheriffs.  He was taken into police custody and turned over to the Bucks County Sheriffs. The 44 year old female from Trenton, NJ was charged with Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Corruption of Minors. The 36 year old female from Trenton, NJ was charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. They were arraigned by District Justice Kronnagel and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Fraud– 500 block of Aspen Woods Dr. reported at 10:00 a.m. Complainant reported a neighbor was contacted by an unknown suspect claiming to be from Apple regarding a fraudulent charge. The neighbor was instructed to involve a third party to transfer funds. Two Venmo transactions totaling $4,994.00 were sent and later transferred as directed. The suspect promised a refund that did not occur.

DUI Arrest – Taylorsville Rd. & I-295 reported at 11:40 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 42 year old female driver from Morrisville, PA for Driving Under the Influence. She was taken into police custody.

12/13/2025
Fraud – 900 block of Baron Dr. reported at 11:05 a.m. Complainant reported receiving a phone call from who they believed to be their bank. The victim provided all of their personal information to the caller before realizing it was a scam.

12/12/2025
DUI Arrest – Oxford Valley Rd. & Regency Blvd. reported at 8:55 p.m. Police on patrol observed a vehicle idling in the left turn lane at the location. Upon approach, police observed an open can of White Claw in the cupholder, the male driver sleeping in the backseat with the vehicle in neutral, and a dog in the backseat. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 40 year old male from LMT for Driving Under the Influence.

12/9/2025
Identity Theft – Unit block of Fairway Dr. reported at 3:33 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened a credit card in their name and attempted to charge $5,000.

Retail Theft – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 5:06 p.m. Loss Prevention reported separate thefts by the same individuals on 6/1 and 12/8. They removed $403.23 worth of merchandise without paying. Investigation ongoing.

12/7/2025
Theft – 2200 block of Stackhouse Dr. reported at 4:51 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) removed a stroller from their driveway.

12/6/2025
Burglary – 1200 block of Edgewood Rd. reported at 11:13 a.m. Complainant reported on 12/5, at approximately 1:30 p.m., two pick up trucks pulled onto the property, forced entry into the garage and removed $15,000 worth of tools. Investigation ongoing.

Drug Arrest – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 3:55 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of Methamphetamine. The 44 year old male from Morrisville, PA to be summonsed for Possession of Crystal Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

12/5/2025
Fraud– 1300 block of Apple Blossom Dr. reported at 3 p.m. Complainant reported receiving a message on PayPal from an unknown person advising them to send money to avoid charges from the Department of Justice. The victim was instructed to withdraw money and meet an unknown person to exchange it. The victim withdrew $10,000 and met an unknown male and provided him with the cash. Investigation ongoing.
