Morrisville Borough Police Reports – Nov.18 2025 – Nov. 24 2025
Arrest/Warrant-11/19/25 @2312-Hailey Martin, age 26, was arrested by Bensalem PD on a warrant out of our Department. Martin was arraigned and released on $100k unsecured bail.
Theft-11/19/25 @1150-Complainant who works with Utility Line Services located in the 900 block of S. Pennsylvania Ave. reported to Police that between the weekend and Monday, the Porta Potty that was on scene was stolen.
Arrest/Warrant-11/19/25 @1830-Abbigal Sawyer, age 26, turned herself in at HQ’s. Sawyer was arraigned at 2000 hours and received $100k unsecured bail. She was released from HQ’s.
Arrest/Retail Theft-11/20/25 @1519-Christian Stevens, age 29, will be cited for retail theft that occurred at the Giant Food Store. Stevens stole $146.80 of meat and fled the area.
Criminal Mischief-11/20/25 @1808- at an unknown date/time, a padlock was cut off the garage door on the 200 block of S. Washington Street. The Garage was empty, and nothing else was damaged or stolen.
Arrest/Warrant-11/20/25 @2346-Rachel Fox, age 39, was taken into custody on a Bucks County Arrest Warrant. Fox was found sleeping inside her vehicle near the intersection of Chambers and Grove Street. She was transported to BCP by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
Arrest/DUI-11/20/25 @0100-Nicole Benko, age 46, was arrested for DUI and related charges following a hit and run traffic accident in the 100 block of Center Street apartments. Benko was taken into custody, processed, and released.
Arrest/Disorderly Conduct-11/21/25 @0835-Abbigal M. Sawyer, age 26, a summons will be issued for an incident that occurred in the 1100 block of S. Pennsylvania Ave.
Arrest/Disorderly Conduct-11/21/25 @0835-Agustus Newton, age 39, a summons will be issued for an incident that occurred in the 1100 block of S. Pennsylvania Ave.
Fraud-11/21/25 @0945- Victim states that in September 2024, he purchased fishing rods from a company called Edge Rods for $888.00. Victim reports he sent three rods back and was supposed to receive a refund of $666.00, but has not received the refund yet. Victim contacted Edge Rods in May 2025, and they advised him to stop calling, stating that he would eventually get his refund.
Stolen Bike-11/24/25 @1241- Victim advised that this is the second time kids have stolen a biyclce from the unit block of Morris Ave. The first was occurrence was approximately two months ago and it was a turquoise/yellow Concord bike that was valued at $210.00. The most recent occurrence was on November 22nd at 2000 hours. The victim viewed his security camera which showed a group of kids stealing the bike. The second bike was described as a Red GT bike with red straws on the front tires and was valued at $150.00.
