Morrisville Borough Police Reports March 10 to March 16, 2026
Theft-03/10/26 @1831-Ben’s deli reported an unknown male who had falsified PA Skill Game tickets in the amount of $721.00. He was paid by the owner. When the owner realized the tickets were in a different font, an unknown male jumped into a dark sedan with an unknown registration and a female driver. The driver then fled up on RT. 1.
Recovered Stolen Vehicles-03/10/26 @1302- Two recovered stolen Kia’s located in the area of Highland Ave. Both were picked up by their owners.
Theft from Auto-03/10/26 @22:22- Police responded to Orchard View Apartments for a report of a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred sometime between yesterday morning and now. The victim states she found the back passenger window shattered, and her Apple AirPods were stolen from the center console. Total value of AirPods is $300.00
Theft from Auto-03/11/26 @0719-Police responded to Orchard View Apartments for a report of criminal mischief. Victim states he went out to his vehicle to find the steering column broken and the rear driver side window smashed. Nothing was taken from the vehicle, but it was rummaged through. Total repairs are approximately $2000.00.
Theft from Auto-03/11/26 @0814-Police responded to the 100 block of W. Hendrickson Ave. for a report of an attempted vehicle theft. The victim noticed their vehicle was damaged at approximately 0800 hours today. The steering column and rear passenger side window were both damaged. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle.
Theft from Auto-03/11/26 @0833-Police responded to Orchard Views Apartments for a theft from auto. The victim noticed that the rear driver side window was broken and her vehicle had been rummaged through. Taken from the vehicle was her Bank of America Debit Card and Social Security Card.
Criminal Mischief to Auto-03/11/26 @0848-While police were at Orchard Views Apartment, where they noticed another vehicle that had a broken window. The vehicle had damage to the rear passenger side window. The only item that was stolen from the vehicle was a $50.00 bottle of cologne. Unknown cost to repair the window.
Attempted MV Theft-03/11/26 @0835-Police responded to Orchard Views Apartment for a report of criminal mischief to auto. The rear passenger side door window was smashed out. The steering column had also been removed, exposing the ignition, and the car was rummaged through; however, the vehicle owner stated that nothing was stolen. An unknown estimated damage cost at this time.
Fraud-03/11/26 @1646-Police received a phone call regarding fraud. The victim states she received a phone call from someone impersonating Chime, then on 2/27, she received a text message stating that her account was being accessed by someone who was not her. The fake chime withdrew $1420.00 of her account. Chime is investigating this and needs to verify that this was, in fact, a scam before issuing a refund.
Retail Theft/Arrest-03/11/26 @1051-Matthew R. Migut, age 43, was arrested on W. Maple Ave. following an attempted retail theft at the Dollar Tree. Migut was also charged with Paraphernalia and defiant trespassing. Migut was processed and released.
Vagrant-03/11/26 @1444-Police received a phone call regarding a homeless person dumping trash on their property located on the 600 block of Doloro Drive. The victim stated that this has been an ongoing issue. Victim advised to call the police while it is occurring.
Criminal Mischief to Auto- @1543-Police made contact with the victim, who stated that he went outside to his vehicle located on the 400 block of Hillside Ave. and noticed that somebody tried to break into it but was unsuccessful. He stated that it appears as if somebody used a screwdriver and attempted to manipulate the locks to the rear door as well as the passenger side sliding door. An unknown estimated damage cost at this time.
Criminal Mischief/Theft from Auto-03/13/26 @0929-Police responded to the 700 block of Pennsylvania Ave. for a report of a vehicle break-in. The victim states that the drivers window was broken and his battery was stolen. The damage to the window was estimated at $400.00, and the battery was another $200.00.
Theft of Catalytic Converter-03/13/26 @1529- Police responded to the unit block of E. Philadelphia Ave. for a report of a catalytic Converter theft. The victim stated he parked his vehicle at this location during the week and that the vehicle was fine yesterday when parked. The officer checked under the truck, and there were two cuts made with a saw, and the catalytic converter was taken with a value of approximately $1200.00.
Theft of Catalytic Converter-03/13/26 @0931- Police responded to the 200 block of W. Philadelphia Ave. The victim stated they were moving vehicles around in the parking lot when they noticed a piece of exhaust under the vehicle. The vehicle is lifted so there is easy access to the undercarriage, and they were able to get photos of the damage. The vehicle had three catalytic converters, and they were all missing. The cost to repair is approximately $1000-$1500.
Motor Vehicle Theft-03/13/26 @1352-Victim reported his vehicle was stolen sometime overnight from in front of his building at the Pennsbury Courts Apts. The estimated value of the vehicle is $5000.00.
Criminal Mischief to Vehicle-03/14/26 @1531-Police responded to the unit block of Robertson Ave. for criminal mischief to a vehicle parked in the driveway sometime overnight. The driver’s door window shattered, and also part of the front grill was ripped off, where nothing was taken. Damage estimated at $500.00
Theft from Auto-03/14/26 @1130-Police responded to the 300 block of Stockham Ave. for a reported theft from auto. The victim states her license plate was inside the vehicle, and she realized today the vehicle had been rummaged through, and the license plate was gone.
Noise Complaint-03/14/26 @0145-Police responded to a noise complaint regarding the Nebula Hookah Lounge. Officers requested the staff turn down the music, and they complied.
Attempted Vehicle Theft-03/15/26 @0816-Police responded to the 100 block of W. Hendrickson Ave. where the victim reported that someone had broken the window of his vehicle overnight. The driver’s side rear passenger window had been punched out. The doors would not unlock by pressing the unlock button, and the headlights were on. The steering column cover had been tampered with.
Attempted Vehicle Theft-03/15/26 @0938-Officer observed a vehicle in the 500 block of Doloro Dr. with its rear driver’s side window smashed out. The steering column cover had been removed, and the ignition had been tampered with. There was nothing immediately missing from the vehicle.
Attempted Vehicle Theft-03/15/26 @1017- Police responded to the 300 block of W. Palmer St. where the victim states his vehicle was broken into sometime overnight and the ignition was tampered with. There was nothing immediately missing from the vehicle.
Stolen License Plate-03/15/26 @1650- Police responded to the 100 block of Anderson Ave. for a stolen Pennsylvania License Plate. The theft occurred sometime overnight.
Attempted Theft from Auto-03/15/26 @1053-Police responded to the unit block of W. Palmer St. for an attempted theft from a vehicle. The victim states the vehicle was rummaged through, the entire contents inside the vehicle were tossed, it appeared that nothing was taken.
Suspicious Persons-03/15/26 @2008-Police were dispatched for males checking car door handles in the area of W. Maple Ave. No Description was given for the males. Police surveyed the area with negative results.
Attempt Vehicle Theft-03/16/26 @0801-Police were dispatched to the 500 block of Stockham for a report of damage to a vehicle, possibly broken into. The rear driver’s side window was smashed, and the steering column was damaged. The vehicle was rummaged through as well.
Retail Theft/Cited-03/16/26 @0959-Brandon Johnson, age 38, was sent a citation for a retail theft that occurred at Giant on 2/16/26.
Attempt Vehicle Theft/Criminal Mischief-03/16/26 @2039- Two males broke the back window of the vehicle, nothing was taken, and they left in a white vehicle unknown direction of traffic.
