Morrisville Borough Police Reports – Nov. 11 2025 – Nov. 17 2025
Arrest/DUI-11/11/25 @0126-Oriol Gutirrez, age 55, was taken into custody following a DUI investigation. The incident occurred at the intersection of Delmorr Ave. and E. Bridge St. Gutirrez was transported to HQ’s where he submitted to a blood draw after which he was processed and released.
Criminal Mischief to Auto-11/11/25 @1954-Victim reported that around 1754 hours, she heard a loud bang on the 60 block N. Delmorr Ave. The victim went outside and discovered that her vehicle’s front and rear windshields had been smashed with a rock.
Theft of a Package-11/12/25 @1258-Victim reported a theft of a package in the 600 block of N. Delmorr. Victim states that a Hispanic Male dressed in all black came up to her front door, and entered her mailbox, and took the package, and walked away. The victim went after the suspect and took the package back. The male followed the victim back and grabbed the package out of her hand, and ran across the Calhoun Street Bridge into Trenton.
Warrant/Retail Theft-11/12/25 @0852- Police were dispatched to Giant Food Store for a retail theft not in progress. Victim states that the subject selected lotion and deodorant, then placed it into a DoorDash Bag and passed all points of sale without paying. The subject took multiple health and beauty products that totaled $235.21.
Warrant/Arrest-11/13/25 @0300-Abbigal Sawyer, age 26, a warrant was issued for burglary, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred on 6/4/25 in the 70 Block of N. Pennsylvania Ave.

Cited/Public Drunkenness-11/14/25 @0153-Christopher Rosmondo, age 42, was cited for public drunkenness following two separate incidents at the Robert Morris Inn.
Cited/Harassment-11/16/25 @0705-A male juvenile was cited for harassment for an incident that occurred at the Orchard View Apartments.
Cited/Trespassing/Defiant Trespass/Public Intox-11/17/25 @1529-Tadeusz Dlugi, age 46, Police were called to the Border Gentlemen’s club for an intoxicated patron who was causing a disturbance and refused to leave when told by the manager. Upon arrival, Dlugi was violent with Police and was taken into custody. Dlugi was issued two citations and transported home.
Lost or stolen firearm-11/17/25 @1805- the complainant states he had his firearm on 11/15/25, now he cannot locate the firearm. The firearm was entered into NCIC.
